I am a person-centred therapeutic counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP-402951).
I provide long and short term talking therapy in person and online, as well as walk and talk therapy from SE19 (Crystal Palace).

In addition to my private practice, I worked as an Honorary Counsellor for Hackney and City carers in East London and work part-time as a volunteer counsellor at Accessible Counselling & Therapy in Bromley.

I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic and collaborative counselling relationship, with sessions in English or Italian.
I have studied to become a counsellor because I find meaning in helping people becoming more authentic to their true selves
